These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of STRYDLY (“STRYDLY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a product of Bonilla Holdings, LLC. By accessing or using STRYDLY, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who STRYDLY is for
STRYDLY is a platform designed to support organized running. Users may include:
- Individual runners
- Run clubs and club administrators
- Event organizers and pacers
- Organizations, institutions, brands, and partners
These Terms apply to all users, regardless of role.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use STRYDLY.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You may not impersonate another person or organization.
4. Platform role and limitations
STRYDLY provides tools for discovery, scheduling, participation tracking, and optional live context for organized running.
STRYDLY does not organize, host, supervise, or control any run, event, or activity. All activities are organized and conducted by independent individuals, clubs, or organizations.
5. Events, runs, and participation
Participation in any run or event involves inherent physical risk. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for assessing your fitness, ability, and safety before participating.
STRYDLY does not guarantee the accuracy of event details, routes, pacing, leadership, or attendance.
6. Live sessions and location features
STRYDLY may offer optional live session features, including real-time or near-real-time location context.
These features are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended for emergency response, supervision, or safety enforcement.
7. QR check-ins and participation tracking
QR check-ins and participation tools are designed to record attendance and engagement. They do not verify identity, physical presence, or compliance with event rules.
8. Verification and trust signals
STRYDLY may display verification badges or trust indicators based on available information and platform signals. These indicators are informational only and do not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of safety or quality.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Misrepresent events, organizations, or affiliations
10. Content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant STRYDLY a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as required to operate the service.
11. Organizations and partnerships
Organizations and partners using STRYDLY are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, sponsorship rules, and disclosures.
12. Suspension and termination
STRYDLY may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
STRYDLY is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRYDLY and Bonilla Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in runs, events, or use of the platform.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRYDLY and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the platform or participation in activities.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of STRYDLY after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
