The problem
Running communities exist everywhere, but the systems that support them are fragmented. Events are shared across posts, group chats, flyers, and spreadsheets. Details change, expectations drift, and continuity often depends on a few individuals remembering how things were done last time.
As communities grow, this fragmentation becomes a barrier. It becomes harder to discover runs, harder to participate consistently, and harder to sustain momentum over time.
